Journy is a personalized travel-planning service that blends expert curation with data-driven insights to deliver tailored itineraries for every traveler. Based on findings from extensive user research and testing, I redesigned the onboarding flow and reimagined the end-to-end experience to better align with user needs, behaviors, and goals.

It provides a clear, detailed price breakdown while keeping the process streamlined to minimize friction. For users hesitant to commit upfront, we introduced a small deposit option — improving conversion while maintaining confidence in the booking experience.

Each traveler is paired with a Journy expert matched to their destination and interests. Shortly after, users receive a fully curated itinerary delivered in-app or online — complete with day-by-day recommendations for accommodations, dining, activities, and transportation. The interface was designed for clarity and flexibility, making it easy to view, edit, and share plans, empowering travelers to explore with confidence.
